Официальных заявлений по поводу сроков проведения нового этапа пока не прозвучало, но местная пресса пишет, что ещё в ноябре прошлого года архитектор гоночных трасс Герман Тильке побывал на Филиппинах с визитом, представив разработанный его бюро проект трассы Pradera Verde.
У трассы несколько вариантов конфигурации. Самая протяженная из них, версия Grand Prix, включает круг длиной 5013 метров с 22 поворотами. Длина самой длинной прямой – 725 метров.
По слухам, автодром должен быть построен к сезону 2021 года, но пока не подтверждён сам факт начала строительства – есть только проект.
